By accessing or using the Rescue Rush online game ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies provided by Rescue Rush.

2. Account Creation

To play the Game, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must keep your login credentials secure.

• Account Ownership: You retain ownership of your account, but Rescue Rush has the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time by submitting a deletion request. During the first 7 days after a deletion request, you may submit a restoration request to reactivate your account. After this period, restoration will no longer be possible. Following your deletion request, all associated data will be permanently removed within 7 to 14 days.

3. Use of the Game

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

• Non-commercial Use: The Game is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibited Activities: You may not:
  • Disrupt the Game's functionality.
  • Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

4. Privacy

By using the Game, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including text, graphics, logos, and 3D models, is the property of Rescue Rush and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Game content without written permission.

6. Game Modifications and Updates

Rescue Rush may modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time, at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rescue Rush is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or the Game will be governed by the laws of Luxembourg, EU. Legal actions will be taken in the courts of Luxembourg, EU.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" will reflect the latest version. Review these Terms periodically.
